About this Event
David Owen Norris considers what has happened to the piano over three hundred years and asks: Has it all be for the best? For comparison, the Model T along with the latest SUV of pianos will both be present. The 1991 Gilmore Artist will play sonatas by Guistini, Scarlatti and Beethoven, as well as pieces by Mendelssohn and Brahms—and living composers, too.
