Where is your office?
Our office is in the Epic Center at 359 S. Kalamazoo Mall, Suite 101, in downtown Kalamazoo. The Epic Center is at the corner of Lovell and Burdick (Kalamazoo Mall), across the street from the Kalamazoo Gazette offices and across the street and just north of the State Theatre.

Where is the Festival held?
The Mainstage of the Festival is in several different venues within Kalamazoo. Outlying cities included in the 2008 Festival include: Albion, Battle Creek, Benton Harbor/St. Joseph, Grand Rapids, Three Rivers, Vicksburg, and Zeeland

How do I get tickets for Festival events?
Public ticket sales will begin in November 2007. Most tickets will be sold through Miller Auditorium. To buy online now, click here. For other purchasing options, visit our Tickets page. Note that all ticket purchases made by phone/fax/mail will have a handling fee assessed, and on-line sales will include a per ticket fee.

Can I order tickets for the Festival before they go on sale to the public?
If you contribute $175 or more to The Gilmore, you may order advance tickets to all Festival events. Click here to link to Support The Gilmore on our organizational website for more information.

Are there any discounted tickets?
Yes. Anyone who orders tickets to 5 or more events qualifies for 15% off the order. This discount applies to ticket orders through the Miller Ticket Office only and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.

Are there special discounts for group sales?
Service clubs, dinner clubs, church, civic and other groups—including groups of friends—may purchase tickets to a single event in advance and receive a discount as noted below. Groups who use the group sales discount are not eligible for other discounts.
6–10 people = 10% discount
11–20 people = 15% discount
21 or more people = 20% discount

What are the prices for student tickets?
Students may purchase one ticket per event in advance for $5 for any Gilmore Festival concert. (If available, students may purchase one ticket at the door for $5.) Adults may purchase multiple student tickets for children with their order. These $5 student tickets are not eligible for any other discounts.

Are any events free of charge?
Yes. Master classes and the noontime film series are all open to the public and free of charge. Pre-concert lectures are free of charge to concert attendees.

May I bring my children to Gilmore Festival concerts?
The Gilmore Festival encourages young people to attend Festival concerts and events. Out of deference to our audiences and our performers, however, all children must have a ticket, and young children must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. Children five years old and younger are not permitted at Festival events except for the Gilmore for Kids programs.

Do you accept any advertising?
Yes, there is one opportunity – in our program book which offers a complete guide to 2008 Gilmore events. It includes program listings and artist biographies along with selected articles. The book is distributed for free during the Festival and businesses can reach attendees by placing their message in this valued keepsake. What is The Gilmore’s policy for refunds and exchanges?
Sorry, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. All ticket sales are final. You may give your ticket to someone else to enjoy, however.
